6 YEARS TODAY

6 years ago today, I rode to the temple in my parents car to marry the man of my dreams.

6 am.- Went to Aunt Kristen's house for her to do my hair

8am.- Got in car with my parents to drive to St. George Temple.  I remember feeling a very calm peaceful feeling.  I consider this a miracle because I get anxiety attacks.

I remember walking in the temple in my red and black dress and seeing Travis.  He was glowing and grinning from ear to ear.  I couldn't quit smiling either.

We went and signed the marriage license together.  It was so serreal.

I went and put on my wedding dress and finished getting ready in the Brides room.  It is such a beautiful room and luckily I was the only bride in there that day.  My mom helped me put my dress on.  My sister Shonell lent me a pearl bracelet as something borrowed.  I remember putting on my jewerly.

Travis and I met in the hall and walked to a room where our mom's were.  My mom helped me put on my Temple clothing, while Travis's mom helped him put on his Temple clothing. Both of our Mom's were shedding a few tears.

We walked up to a room where the Sealer talked to us and told me that he had the privilage of marrying my Grandparents and my parents and now me.  That was really cool to me.  He told us some other things that I consider sacred.

We walked in to the room and the ceremony began.  I remember looking around at all the friends and family that were there to support us and how grateful to them all I was.  I wrote down what the sealer told us in my journal.  The things they told us have proven to be great advice and comfort to me and Travis already in our short time of marriage.  I feel it was truly inspired.

I remember all day long I could not help but smile.  It was and still has proven to be one of the happiest days of my life and the longer I am married to this incredible man, the wiser the choice to marry this man was.

I love You Travis and over the last 6 years I can honestly say my love has grown immensely.  He balances me out and I him. He dreams so big which that allows me to also let go of my reservations and dream big also.  We have had our struggles, but overall married life has been bliss.  I never knew any one could love me so completely, treat me so well, and balance me out so well.  Happy Anniversary!!!!

Adelyn started PRESCHOOL!!! She attends Little Rising Stars Preschool.  She has been going for 3 days now and has already made a good friend named Isabelle.  She pointed her out to me yesterday.  Adelyn is loving the social aspect of school and is learning....well, not much it seems, but what do you teach a girl who knows EVERYTHING!!!???? She is still my teenager, and has made dang sure she is the best dressed girl in Preschool.  She is a fashion diva.  She no longer loves Yes to the Dress... she has moved on to CAKE BOSS!!  Right up her Ally.  Cake.  She. LOVES. cake.   She is growing up.  I dont know if I can deal with it.   Here are some pictures of my beautiful 4 year old.  We love her so much!

18 month update

Sorry about the picture overload, but I don't want to miss or lose of moment of Boston growing up. Boston had his 18 month Dr. appointment on Sept. 13.   Yes I know, he's almost 19 months, but we were in Utah.  For some reason they don't give you a cute little page that has all your childs stats like they do in CC.  I asked for them for his m12 month and his 18 month appoint.  His 12 month appt. was actually done at 14 months b/c we were moving and trying to find Dr. on his 1st birthday. Anywho here are his stats and some pics.

At 12 months: 4/21/11
Length: 30 and 1/4
Weight:  24 pounds
Head:  18 and 1/4

At 18 months:  9/13/11
Length:  32
Weight:  24.5
Head:  18.5

His new word is "Butt-ball".  He is trying to say basketball, or sometimes it means football, other times it means baseball.
He says no even when he means yes. Everything is no.  Probably cuz he gets told a lot.
He climbs on everything.  And he is into everything.
He is such a little boy.  He loves all things boy and acts just like a boy.  At least when he farts now he will say "cuse you."  Its always cuse you and never cuse me.
He has the sweetest little voice ever though.  He is so soft spoken, except for the temper tantrums he now throws.
He has just turned into a little boy over the last month.  He is no longer a baby.  On the way to the plane he said "im baby".  I said no your a big boy.  "No baby" he said. And this debate went on for a about 5 minutes.   He loved to watch Brennan and Dad play basketball when in Utah.  But his favorite thing to do is to play with Addy still.  He is getting better at adjusting to her being gone in the mornings. The first day we dropped her to school he cried and cried.  I think cuz last time we dropped her off somewhere we didnt see her 2 weeks.  And because he knows his best play buddy is gone for the morning also.  They play really good together.  Mostly b/c Addy is a sweetheart and lets Boston get his way (most of the time). He puts his finger in his belly button often.... I think it is his security/comfort thing.  We love him so much and feel lucky to have him in our family.
