This month was full of milestones for Emmy. She started crawling this month a day before she was eight months! She also learned how to hold her bottle. That means I can put her and Max in the car with a bottle and get Boston and Addy where they need to go without having to schedule all their feedings. Freedom baby! She holds toys now too. She is becoming so much more independent. She says mama, but usually its when she's crying for food. She hasn't been eating much food.... mostly a bottle. It is just easier till things get smoothed out with her brother and his food allergies and such. I am just enjoying that I can make them bottles and they can feed themselves... so we are relishing in that for a moment of time. Emmy sleeps a good 12 hours at night and is such a good baby. She has such a happy temperament and is very social. She loves to be talked to and loves people.
Max also began to crawl this month. Emmy crawled first... but it wasn't too long before Max decided he wasn't going to be left behind... like HOURS (a day before he turned eight months). Max also recognizes his own name. So when I say "no, no, Max" he turns his to me. He sleeps three maybe four hours at a time at night. His belly is still not 100%.
They both try really hard to keep up with Addy and Boss. They both want to play with the same toy most of the time. Emmy usually wins and Max will find something else... which Emmy will then want and then Max gets the original toy. Oh the fun, busy, crazy adventure these two are. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world! I mean look at them! Melt my heart.
