We went to the San Diego Temple to look at the gorgeous christmas lights set up there. They did not disappoint. We met a temple worker and his wife there who were just called to the San Diego Temple mission. They were from Draper, Utah so we talked Utah for a while.... since our license plate said Utah. He then told us to go ahead and let the kids touch the nativity scenes and enjoy the lights! We were surprised they let us touch the nativity scenes, but since he was encouraging it I was not going to stop my kids from taking all the pictures we could with them. We try to take the kids to the temple grounds as often as possible. I want them to gain a testimony of the Temple and to feel the difference in their own lives of having the temple touch them as it has both Travis and I.
