My mom thought he was a stud

My mom, Addy, Bridget and I travel to St. George and went to "The Little Mermaid" Tuachan style.  Addy was in absolute seventh heaven.  She was waving her arms and dancin in my lap.  The stage was so so cool.  They had a water curtain....coolest thing I have ever seen.  We had a blast.  After the production, we were able to take pictures with Ariel and Eric, Flounder, Ursula, King Tritan (whom my mom was gaga over...dont tell my Dad), and sebastian.  Addy even got an Ariel costume (which she informed me she will NOT be wearing for Halloween, dang it) and the signitures of all the characters listed above.  It was a night to remember!!!

We went to the bounce with Grandma Susie and Grandpa Darrell while we were in Cedar City.  Here are some pics of the fun we had.

Grandma Susie and Sterlings Birthday Bash

Sterling and Susie's birthdays are a day apart, and we were lucky enough to be here in Utah to be able to celebrate them both with them. For Sterlings birthday we went and ate at Bard's and then opened presents at the house.  For Grandma Susie's Birthday we went swimming at the SUU pool, ate at Applebee's and then opened presents at the house.  Swimming @ SUU was so good for Addy.  She had a lot of fun, and since her swim lesson experience was not good, I really wanted her to know that swimming is a FUN activity.  She loved it, so we will have to go swimming some more so she can have some more positive exposure to swimming.  Boston was a little fish in the water. He kept putting his head down and blowing bubbles (maybe swim lessons are in his Florida future).

We went back to the house to open presents and found an adorable princess cake Susie had picked out b/c she knew that Addy was a little princess.  It was so nice of her to think of Addy for her own birthday.  She also had presents for the kids from Disney Land.  Addy got a ton of school clothes and a princess bank.  Boston got cute "Mater" pj's and a cars book he is in love with.  Once again, it was so nice of Susie to think  of my kids on her birthday.

Going to Utah

Adelyn flew back with my parents to Utah and Boston and I are going to celebrate Travis's birthday and fly back later.  Travis will come out end of August thru first part of September for the annual Craig and Marsha Rowley reunion.  While Adelyn, Grandma, and Grandpa flew out to Utah they had a layover in Atlanta, Georgia.  During the long (6 hours) layover, Adelyn met Queen Emily.  Emily is the National Teen Queen for the state of South Carolina.  Queen Emily let Adelyn wear her crown, showed her all of the pretty pagent dresses, and talked Princess talk with Adelyn for a large chunk of the layover.  Queen Emily was also headed to Las Vegas, but she was going there for National Teen Queen Competiton.  Queen Emily has since sent Adelyn a Queen Christmas card and has become facebook friends with Mom so we get to keep in contact with her.

These pictures are packing for the long trip Boston and Mom would take.  Dad dropped them off at the airport and it was a tearful goodbye.  A whole month without Dad and Husband.

Travis turns 28

We celebrated Travis's birthday this year without his baby girl, so I knew I had to try to make it special for him.  Here are some pictures of him opening presents.  I am so lucky to have married him.  He makes me want to be better.  He is so dedicated, so smart, such a hard worker, so adventurous, and I love to be around him.  Happy 28th Birthday!

CRIBS

I don't really like this milestone, because it means my baby is no longer a baby.  I felt the same way when it happened with Addy.  We took the crib down today and put the toddler bed up.  Boston has not been sleeping....and I mean AT ALL since his sis left.  He wants me to sleep by him b/c he is used to his sister sleeping in the same room.  I decided I would just bite the bullet while I was already not sleeping and put up the toddler bed.  My little boy is, just that, a little boy now.
